Good hotel, very helpful service! I love the brown and teal theme in the rooms, rooms are spacious, only complaints are the walls are thin, ac in my room was broken, and the water was orange, so what I'd recommend is bring a fan, be careful about your activities In the room, and wait a minute before you wash your hands/hop in the shower. Other then that everything works very well in the room! Especially the volume on the tv, neighbors even had me jamming to Mrs. Officer too!
For the money, it's worth it. We're a large family that needs 2 rooms. The kids felt safe and slept very well. The AC unit works great. It was one of the best showers I've had in awhile. * the breakfast a has a small selection of sugary foods. * the wallpaper is bubbling. * i had a hint of cigarette smoke in my room.
Jacob, the clerk, was both friendly and professional! It was late and we were hungry, so he recommended the perfect place that was still open! The room smelled clean and fresh. It was!! We slept like babies!!
I've never stayed in this hotel before but I was very happy with everything . Madison, the front desk clerk was amazing ,friendly, professional, and just a genuine fantastic employee. This hotel has a gem and a huge asset in this employee.
I gotta say the young lad running the check in desk was the highlight of the stay. Polite, engaging, swarthy good looks and sparkling eyes ....quite wonderful:) people make the place. Plus the room was excellent. Much better than expected and perfectly clean and roomy. Comfortable beds. Id definitely come back:)
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was updated with a comfort height toilet. No mold anywhere. The towels were very white and soft. The beds were comfortable. A surprise to me was that they offered a full breakfast. This was a great choice.
Recently stayed there the room was very clean. The staff was very courteous and I had a decent day and it was quiet.. Two thumbs up no issues.
We booked this trip on our way back to Portland from Olympic national park. These were much cheaper than other hotels, offered free breakfast (very basic but still there.. most of the hotels didn’t have breakfast), clean rooms with all needed amenities. Receptionist was super nice. Liked overall experience.
